Temperature/Humidity Logger

Temperature/Humidity Logger

  • Measure temperature and humidity with one instrument
  • Accepts two type J, K,or T thermocouple probes
  • Standby mode conserves batteries while logging data
  • Optional software for bidirectional RS-232 communications
  • Stores 850 pairs of measurements

Use the benchtop Temperature/Humidity Logger almost anywhere temperature and humidity needs to be monitored - laboratories, museums, art galleries, warehouses, protected outdoor environments, and more! The logger operates in three modes: two-channel temperature, humidity/temperature, and dew point/temperature.

This compact, portable Temperature/Humidity Logger is packed with features. Nonvolatile memory stores setup conditions (interval time or total logging time), thermocouple probe type, logged/stored parameters, and peak/valley values for each mode. Serial input/output allows for printer and computer compatibility, Optional data analysis software and serial printer available.

Measure and display either differential (DT) temperature or dual temperature simultaneously in the two-channel temperature mode. The temperature / humidity logger accepts one or two type J, K, or T thermocouple probes with ANSI miniconnectors. Features in this mode include autocalibration of probe, selectable °F or °C scale, selectable 0.1%/1° resolution up to 999.9° (1° above 999.9°), dual analog temperature output, and accuracy of ±0.1% of reading.

Measure and display both relative humidity and temperature (RTD) in the humidity/temperature mode. Use one of two interchangeable relative humidity/temperature probes. Wide-range probe 637-0050 has a compensated RH range from 0 to 100%. General-purpose probe 637-0052 has a compensated RH range from 5.0 to 95.0%. Other features in this mode include: automatic field calibration, a humidity resolution of 0.1% and 1% and analog humidity/RTD outputs.

In the dew point/temperature mode, temperature / humidity logger calculates the dew point from the relative humidity and temperature data, and displays it and the temperature (RTD) on the LCD. A dew point range of -94° to 158°F (-70° to 70°C) is available with wide-range humidity probe 637-0050, a dew point range of -58° to 122°F (-50° to 50°C) is available with general-purpose humidity probe 637-0052.

The Temperature/Humidity Logger is housed in a molded ABS plastic housing and has a membrane keypad. Dual LCD shows scale and mode selected. Two AA batteries (included) provide 50 hours of continuous operation in standby mode. Purchase optional battery pack for up to 300 hours of continuous use. (We recommend using the optional AC wall mount power supply 691-9050 where line power is available). Order the L-shaped mounting bracket to attach either RH probe to the logger. See below to order software, logger kits, probes, and accessories.
