The TC400/650 Industrial Temperature Calibration calibrators generate true reference temperatures using Peltier elements. A specially-engineered temperature controller uses a unique sliding PID algorithm. The response that is generated closely follows the heating curve of an actual thermal system. Thus, stabilization and calibration times are greatly reduced. These Industrial Temperature Calibration dry block calibrators are programmable in either Celsius or Fahrenheit and have a two-button operation for easy programming. In addition, optional Windows™-based software can be used with the standard RS-232 interface for fully-automatic calibration. The software is useful for storing extensive documentation required by ISO 9000 such as last calibration date, calibration points, and previous correction valves for specific sensors. |
